Massage Therapy with Jon Behnke
Jon’s passion for massage therapy runs deep and he is naturally skilled at connecting with people and helping them overcome their physical ailments.
His treatment style focuses on restoring proper hip and pelvic alignment through active muscle release, while making adjustments to the kinetic chains that run throughout the body, ensuring proper balance and alignment from head to toe.
He has also successfully treated a wide variety of neurological disorders, muscular impairments, and chronic pain sufferers, and successfully restored mobility and muscle function in patients who have been victims of vehicle accidents (ICBC cases) or other injuries.
Despite his busy clinic schedule, Jon continues to actively pursue advanced massage therapy techniques such as Mulligan’s technique for joint alignment, instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization, manual lymph drainage, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) mobilization and release.
As well, he has years of experience administering deep tissue athletics therapy techniques (sports massage) with both pre- and post-event patients (e.g., marathon and trail runners, mountain bikers, skiers, snowboarders, etc.).
Many of Jon’s patients describe his treatments as “life-changing” after years of seeing other practitioners. Visit his Testimonials page for more detailed patient reviews or click here to Book Online.
